Chris, Yes we can box the bicycle for shipping usually runs $39.99 and about 1 week to box. Cost is for normal bike if there are a lot of accessories it may add to the cost. We do box any electric bicycles. Any further questions please call 847-272-2100

Can u cut things down like a pair of scooter bars and be able to put a slit in them

What type of split do you need? It's a bike shop. I'm sure the can cut down the handlebars but not certain what sort of slot or slit you need
