I have been going to Dr. Boghosian for about 6 months now. Due to travel that I had scheduled I had to put off my left knee replacement until today. I can't begin to express how much I like Dr. Boghosian as well as Ben Haddick, his Physician's assistant. Both are both so good and have such a good, calming approach to patients and wonderful bed side manner. I have a huge fear of Dr's offices and medical facilities so entering the surgery center today, I was a nervous wreck. From the moment I arrived, every staff member of Eisenhower Desert Orthopedic Surgery Center was so kind, professional and worked very hard to answer all my questions and calm me down. Besides both Dr. Boghosian and Ben, I have wonderful things to say about my anesthesiologist Dr. Nemati who took the time every step of the way on what was going to happen. Other Eisenhower staff members that I had interaction with was Bryon, Catherine, Demi, Judith (Nurse), Sandra (OR Nurse) Jason (pre-op Nurse) and Isabella, Physical Therapist. I can't begin to thank each and every one above for their level of service, making my fearful experience such a positive one. Eisenhower is a huge organization and see's many patients on a daily basis and could treat you like a number. My experience with everyone is that you are treated like you are the only patient on campus. Their personal service, calming approach and high level of professionalism made my day a pleasant one considering what I was being treated for. Thank you to Dr. Boghosian, Ben Haddick and all the various staff members that I had the pleasure of interacting with today before and after surgery. Now I am on the road to being pain free once I get past the initial couple of weeks of recovery and physical therapy.

I am truly grateful to Doctor Boghosian for the outstanding job of my hip replacement surgery. One month after the surgery I am pain free, up and about and practically back to normal, and I am almost 80 years old. My partner went in with knee pain and was diagnosed with vascular necrosis. Dr. Boghosian basically said "nothing we can do, too bad" and dismissed us. Dr. Facile at Desert Regional put him on a medication that's supposed to help with this condition but we're not really seeing much improvement yet but were told it would take time. We both felt really uncomfortable during the visit, like we were annoying him.
