We stayed across the street from Tom Thumb while on vacation so it was very convenient however everything is outrageously priced. I bought 2 beach chairs at $35 a piece and a beach umbrella at $60. The same beach chairs were at Walmart for $25 and the beach umbrella was $30. Tom Thumb has a array of items for the beach and fishing but definitely takes advantage of tourists. The staff is not very friendly but they had what we needed when we needed it so it was convenient. It’s definitely a trade off cost for convenience and Tom Thumb knows it.

If you're just looking for ice and a quick snack or drink then it's not bad. Otherwise, save a ton of money by going to Publix in Pensacola before you hit the beach.

We have vacation plans in Florida soon. I called the Tom Thumb to check on what food, drinks, and Ice they keep. Shana (manager) gave me good feedback about what they have. I look forward to trading with them when we are in town. Thanks Shana for helping me get ready for Florida!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!!!! The lady cashier was the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service in my entire life. We come to fort Pickens several times a year for family vacations and we will NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN based on today’s treatment of my family.
