I can’t recommend this zoo enough! Probably one of the best zoos I have visited in regards to hands on experience with the animals and options to feed them. You can easy spend the entire day here. Beautiful landscaping with spacious exhibits for the animals.

Nice, small, local zoo. As is usually the case with small zoos like this, you tend to be able to get a little closer to the animals than a much larger one. If you want to spring for the feeding experience, you can't go wrong with the giraffes! You get a big cup of romaine that gets you up close and personal with them! Second would be the cup of kibble for the cows and goats, just because they're funny (the goats can get aggressive). Skip the popsicle sticks for the birds - if you just go into the enclosure, there are probably abandoned sticks in there you can use.

Highly impressed with this zoo! All the excursion and feeding options! Train ride was a ton of fun for our toddler. Also helped there was a playground with slides. Oh and a small perk for adults, they offer adult beverages.

If you're traveling to Pensacola or the surrounding areas, this zoo is a nice little place to take the kids, or even a nice little place for a date. It was so much fun and even though the zoo is a little small, it still was very intriguing to see the animals and how they were acting. They have a safari train which takes you around the back of the zoo, that was fun!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The animals were hilarious, making all kinds of noises and just doing their thing.

I want able to find any but if your military they have a discount.
Yes they do take debit cards i used mine , make sure you buy some food to feed the animals , if you have kids they also have popsicle sticks with birdseed stuck to them its fun for the kids to get a bird to land on the stick in the big bird cage, its worth it to ride the train you see parts of the zoo that you cant get to on foot
We've been to bigger, cheaper, or free zoos. I feel their admission prices are a bit of a rip off, but people seem to enjoy going there. For our family we found that it just was too small and not worth the price of admission.
Yes it is a full zoo. With many different animals...
Yes. It's a really impressive zoo. Most of the animals are rescues.
I believe it was 18 for adults 16 for kids if you want to ride the train its and extra 3.00 per person and you can buy sticks to feed the birds
No...but their sister zoo in Alabama is.
Yes and alot of pavilions by the cafe! It's a cool cute smaller zoo and they r practicing social distancing as well
There are still hippos at the zoo. Their enclosure is only visible from the train ride, though.
Yes, one cafeteria with a few main dish items, dippin dots, ice creams and slushies!
They do have a sloth now! It is in front of the train station, and if you want to have an encounter with the sloth you can pay extra at the front desk!☺️
The sign at the door says no outside food or beverages. Check the FAQ on their website to verify this information.
They are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Bcuz it is technically not worth ur money since they close at 5pm. They don't wanna charge u full price and they don't have a cheaper price for that time yet.
The zoo is still open. My daughter works there. I don't know about the phone number so I don't know how to help in that manner, nor do I know about the email. I would maybe just go to the zoo and ask the questions in person.
They do not but they do have a nice park style play place by the train/ snack shop.
Yes they do and they also have wagons that you can rent to pull the kids around
No they dnt have the wheelchairs to rent but yes u can bring your own to get around . They have a train that takes u around the whole zoo also!
They started the sloth encounter a couple weeks after we were there. Hopefully we can catch it next time.
They are having Boo at the Zoo on weekends right now so great time for kiddos. They are open during the weekdays too.
Possibly at the Gulf Breeze Zoo, 5701 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL
I'm sure they would be I don't know why they wouldn't be open
The days inn is 5-6 maybe 10 minutes from the zoo, on Navarre parkway, right next to the Winn dixie and an awesome MC Donald....kfc...pizza hut , toco bell and even more
No
One month for b days and somtimes year
There is a cool train that will take you on a very nice ride through the zoo
It includes general admission and a wristband that allows you to ride the train as much as you want. Loved the budgies!
You can feed some of the animals, talk to some of the caretakers/zookeepers (sometimes they'll have an animal you may pet. And they offer a train ride tour too the back of the zoo that had more visibility compared to the walking bridge alternative. It's a decent zoo. Not too big but not too small either.
Yes. Every hr i think they have a different "show" where the keepers will be at certain cages to talk about that animal
We were there for several hrs, along with the wonderful train ride we had a good time, except for the heat, next time we will go in early spring.
Not really sure what time they open cause my family and I got there it was around 10am and the place was still packed we walked around for 2hrs and after we were done people were still coming in
Right out the gate there are turtles in the pond and beautiful exotic birds and flamingos, then from there it branches out to the pigs and goats. There are lamb, various types of monkey's and other birds. Giraffes and zebra, gorillas and rhinos.Tons of animals, but the bigger more aggressive animals are viewed through a train ride.Oh there are also bird feeding areas where your surrounded by hundreds of finches!!!!
Not that I could see. They did have wheelchair rentals. For $14.
I would say it will have more to do with whether it's medical marijuana or recreational use. Medical would be treated like a prescription and shouldn't have an affect on your hiring.
No you can't, why would you?
Call and ask.
I do not know in MI now
Yes, the train runs during zoo lights! I was there 2 weeks ago and it's beautiful!
I have annual pass myself. You have to pay a separate fee. I think it's $6.50 per person and also for children maybe different. Call the zoo for the price. It is worth it.
Yes, they do. You can find information about it on either their social media pages or website. Here's a link to their website.... http://gbzoo.com/default.aspx
They have wagons, not so sure about wheel chairs
I have a year membership. Always get them because its cheaper than paying each time.
2 adults 2 kids under 13 and train ride and 4 feeds for birds was $96
They had wagons to rent, we did not see wheel chairs available when we went.
Adults were between $20-$30 children under cut off were super cheap. My son went on a school feildtrip there so rates were a little different. I just remember that prices were reasonable. I paid a few dollars extra so we could feed the Budgie birds. Highly recommend.
I was able to bring in a drink as well, they only asked that i remove the lid because it could be a hazard for the animals.
They have wagons for rent
and do you charge to feed themCan you feed the animals
I paid $258....2 kids annual n unlimited bring 1 guest pp.. also included 1st entry n 2 guest unlimited trains for the day
it took us a couple hours as well we had our small daughter with us and we stopped to pet and feed the animals
I think it's $45 for adults and $35 for kids. My grandchildren got in for free because they are 4 and 3 years old.
They have season passes and military discounts and seniors discounts and field trip pricing. But you'll have to ask thr zoo why they don't have additional discounts.

Don't believe u can take in any food or drinks but like said earlier u can go in and out as needed!! :)
There is a picnic are pavilion on the right side of the building out front...they dont want humane food to be given to animals so it must be kept outside..
Yes you can, you buy the food when yo pay to get in. A cup is $3.75, well worth it. There are some machines along the path but I don't advise using them. You only get a couple of pellets for a quarter.
If you just want regular admission (no train ride) adults - 17.95 and kids 13.95. Children under the age of 2 are free. With the train ride the tickets just go up by 2 dollars.
Just stopped by the Zoo to check for sure for you and yes the zoo does in fact have a couple of wheelchairs available as well as wagons for the children to be pulled around in. I recommend making a visit soon to the zoo while the Zoo Lights are still available to see. I took my family this week and we had a great time.
19.95 which includes train ride. $1 off if you have military id
They have strollers and pull wagons for the little ones. I don't remember seeing ny electric scooters
Around 15 for you i believe and i believe 13 for your 4 year old. And new born is free. We go often but we have a year round pass so its cheaper
Less than $20 per person
Someone told me there was a giant animal walking around that looked like a giant rat. Is that true ?
