I do NOT recommend them. They charged the wrong account after they SWORE they would not (he even said his Manager confirmed they would not) and the only alternative they gave was that I could return my old dog's pain medication for a refund and then reorder it. After continued hassles with their "faxing" my vet for every order but the faxes not arriving and now this issue, I'm done with this company. I'm pretty loyal and don't give up easily but I did EVERYTHING I should and they failed.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I definitely would. Ordered critical dog meds with a 2 day delivery. Well, second week goes by and we still did not receive them. Zero communication, zero customer service, zero execution on promises. Don't waste your time! They sent a replacement with a next day delivery after a talk with a supervisor.

I do not know that answer. In recent transactions the past 2 months Allivet has been excellent with rapid delivery and perfect orders. I recommend highly.

Yes. I have to pay our vet $10 a year for each pet prescription they give to Alivet. Still worth it to for the cost.
I only know I have called and was able to speak to a cs rep. I know they were behind due to closing because of the hurricane. The price is so good I am willing to wait.
