My experience was super amazing The people were really nice and respectful and made sure that nothing happened to me . They even gave me yummy snacks and a drink to make sure I was ready for the donation process . I have been coming to this place for 7 years and they have never let me down .

They promised a compensation of 200 dollars per plasma donation when COVID stroke. I went there and passed all tests in order to qualify. I donated more than 5 times! They never paid me stating that the lab results were not ready, but that was a lie because the I called the lab myself and they told me my results were clear and amazing! Saul, the manager, never answered my phone calls!!! Total scam company! Bet someone who needed my plasma paid very expensive for the health care system.

I made a blood donation 3 days ago because they told us it was for children with cancer and I had never donated, it seemed good to me to do it for a cause like that, they told me that the result of things would be on the page on the 3rd day... no Nothing appears and on top of that you call by phone and if you choose the option in Spanish it tells you that the number is invalid and in English they never answer ... this sounds very strange

❌ TOTAL SCAM ❌ Beware of this company. They lure you in by telling you that your blood is being donated to children’s hospitals and they don’t provide you with any documents from your donation. The blood they collect is being sold and not freely donated as they tell you. It’s strictly for their profit and gain. They are taking away from the real blood banks that freely donate blood to people in need. I am insulted and disgusted. Shame on you.

Dear Alfy, Great question. The answer is yes. Just like any other blood bank (American Red Cross, OneBlood and many others). After we collect your blood by a certified phlebotomist the blood donation (unit of blood) has to be process and tested before it is released to hospitals The following is a brief description of expenses associated with the blood collection. Testing is performed to make sure it is free of any diseases. The complete process of collecting blood for transfusion is expensive. Consider salaries for employees, disposables (tubes, needles, blood bags, bloodmobiles, blood collection centers). As a not for profit organization we are proud to say we are the least expensive provider of blood products to hospitals. I encourage you to make an appointment to donate with us.
