If I could describe my disappointment with this restaurant is staff when you call to make an order. The staff does not want to work and they are not friendly at all. You call to make a pick up order and the one who does not want to work tell you sorry they can't help you and you have to make your order online. Honestly it is a total disappointment because I order here very often but when things like this happened to me I go to another restaurant because I refuse to give money to a Buisness who does not appreciate their customer. I myself am a Buisness owners and when my clients ask for assistance I go above and beyond. The owner hope you fix this issue because lots of your clients might get upset as I am right now and that's Buisness you are losing.

The best Sushi place in Miami. I have been around 20 or 25 times and I have always liked their food but lately the quality of the sushi has dropped a bit, it is still the best but not like at the beginning.

I have been going to Sushi Bomb for many years! To both locations. It use to be one of the best Sushi restaurants to go. I have been giving the benefit of the doubt for the last few months. But is not getting better. They started charging some homeless tax, then charging extra foe Wasabi, now there is not one time that the soy sauce has more water than soy sauce. The quality of fish is not the same. The quality of staff and managers is just not there no more... Hope they get back on track...
