Well Traveled
Very clean bathrooms, pool closed whenever, manager is angry person. Been here before and it is not the family friendly or family oriented place we remember.

Nothing to complain about here. Reasonable rates. Nicely maintained. Friendly people. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely, well kept, quiet and safe RV park! Called a few months in advance and got in for a month in the spring. Absolutely loved it here. The office managers are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Full hookups at every site, and spaces are nice and wide to park your vehicle next to your rig. (Pull it forward to have a private "yard.") Interior roads were comfortable to navigate with a motorhome and towed car. We had no problem backing into our spot. Tall evergreen trees at the back of some sites give the place a "spacious" feel and provide some shade for those of us who don't care for direct sun all day. Showers are cleaned twice/day. Best laundromat we've ever seen at an RV park with commercial-style dryers! You even get a mail slot in the office for your site number! Very clean pool & spa area that has a privacy screen all around it. We don't ever use park wifi, we have our own private hotspot (AT&T), and reception was great. T-Mobile cell phone worked fine as well. We don't have dogs, so can't speak to the dog area. Park contains about 3/4 long-term residents, but still has a couple dozen sites available for short term stays. The residents we met were friendly, and all the rigs and spaces are well-kept (no junkers). Despite being next to the freeway, it's very quiet all day and night here. Best rates in town, go somewhere else and pay a lot more and be really crowded in! (We don't care for the noisy, rowdy state campgrounds.) The Morro Bay/Los Osos area is beautiful with stunning coastal sunsets, perfect weather year-round, and has everything you could need—from groceries to restaurants, farmers markets, art galleries and specialty shops. And you are just a 20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo, with even more great amenities: Trader Joe's, nightclubs, hotsprings! Tip: Whether coming from the north or the south, take exit 277 to arrive on the road directly next to the park. Do not get off at Exit 278 and be forced to navigate a roundabout and down Quintana Rd from town: LOTS of road construction along there. Don't hesitate to stay at this sweet little RV park.

Depending on size call the office
I think 3pm
It is a 3-5 minute drive to the marina, another 5 to the Embarcadero and the Rock. There is no shuttle or public transportation. The park is nice and quiet, but part of the reason for that is it is not in walking distance of anything.
You need to go to their website or call them.
Yes. There are many "permanent" residents in the park.
Yes, at no cost, but their website says there are restrictions, so give them a call.
I don't believe so. They have a small community area with picnic tables snd BBQ grill, but that's about the extent of it.
No spaces are available for full time RVs. Morro Bay Rent Ordinace limits RV parks to less than 50% full time RVs or the park must be classified as a mobile home park. That complicates the rental rules. So...Yes there are full time rigs in the park but about the only way to get in full time is to buy one of those units. You then pay a monthly rent.
