Dont rent to one person? That doesn't make senseJohn, Reedwood Manor is a Project Based Sec 8 property with specific Income Requirements from HUD (United States Dept of Housing & Urban Development). HUD provides annual updates on Income Requirements for renters for each unit size (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms). As a property, we have no control over these requirments and must adhere to them so we can continue to offer Sec 8 rental support to qualified renters.
