Please please please test your products before leaving the store. I only go here for the cheap carts (different brands) which on three separate occasions have completely not worked as well as a pen I once bought. I guess I should have expected some issues because of the prices but it’s a bummer getting home after running around and working all day to a broken 30 dollar cart that they will not help you resolve whatsoever. I usually have ok experiences here, sometimes even really nice ones, but it’s honestly not worth going to keep receiving broken carts.

As a frequent customer I've never had to return a thing. I've bought dozens of hyde vapes and eventually upgraded to a reusable one. I was sold the wrong juice and when I came back 3 days later there was nothing they could do. Couldn't give me a new juice or even a discounted even though it was THERE FAULT. I'm also not one to leave a review, but the vape shop across from the movie theatre is your best shot. I've brought back in vapes that I had for a whole day and they've given me new ones etc and went above and beyond to help me out. Go there.

In a town with a vape shop on every corner the staff here is the most rude arrogant one here. The staff is always less than helpful and has zero customer service. Be wary of their strict no return no refund policy. They have sold me equipment that didn't work and less than half an hour later refused an exchange or refund. I didn't shop there for over a year went back today and the guy working there was extremely rude from the moment I walked in the door. Literally 30 minutes after making the purchase I brought the exact vape back because it would not charge or would not work. I was asked for my receipt. You don't give receipts. I asked how can I make a return with a receipt if you refuse to issue them. The response... "not my problem" even the tone of the reply highlights their attitude. It was not a return simply from changing my mind. It was a faulty product returned 30 minutes after purchase. Not wanting a refund, but an exchange. Also from a customer that was a weekly shopper until that time. Simply exchanging a vape that was faulty for the exact same model and a little customer service would have saved you a bad review and kept a loyal customer. Thanks for the smarmy reply and proving my point about your business.

hello, we follow CDC guidelines and state laws regarding covid. All employee's and customers must wear mask's at all times and hand sanitizer is always stocked in the store.
