Love this store. They have wonderful flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegars both light and dark. Some of my favorites are peach, raspberry, plum, maple, blackberry ginger. They go great with so many foods. Lots of flavors of olive oil too. Tucan herb and perison lime are my favorite. I use them to add to veggies and meat or on ice cream or even as salad dressing. Check them out. There are so many ways to use them.

It was my first time visiting the Redstone Olive oil (Draper) and I was so impressed with all the unique blends and flavours. It is little bit pricey but totally worth it! It is the best olive oil and balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. Rylan was very friendly and knowlegeable and made some excellent suggestions.I will be back soon!

Hi Sheila, Thank you for reaching out to us. The balsamic have been aged 12 years and the Traditional Balsamic 18 years. We recommend 2 years and you can keep them in your pantry or cupboard. Hope this helps and have a BEAUTIFUL, SAFE day !
