This location, Palm Beach lakes, has been getting worse and worse every time I visit. As others reviewers noted, expect to wait atleast 2 hours before being seen regardless of how many people are here. The nurse practitioner spent less than 5 minutes to draw conclusions without asking or understanding medical history. Sent us out without a prescription and said the patient was healthy and does not need anything despite the fact that the patient has been running a high fever and full body aches for the last two days. Not only was the staff slow, I believe gross medical negligence was in play here due to the amount of time they actually spent “diagnosing” if you can even call it that, we are getting a second opinion since this place is clearly unqualified to provide professional medical opinion. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here unless you’re looking to put your life in danger. They also refused to provide in writing the diagnosis when requested. Will be filing a complaint with Florida department of health as well.
