Went in to look for a pair of shoes, observed 2 people at the counter, talking amongst themselves, looked around the men's section for about 10 mins. The employees continued their conversation, never once approached any of the customers in the store. Considering most of the products are relatively high, it would have been nice to have someone ask if I needed assistance. I just took my business elsewhere.

My navigator in my car took me to the wrong location so I was quite annoyed BUT Waze got me to the Outlet and I walked into Skechers looking for replacements for my worn out pair. The store was very clean and organized but my shopping mood was not changing until I went to check out and Nathan processed my two pairs because Nathan was smiling, informative, helpful and thanked me for coming in to the store. When I left, I was in a MUCH better mood...thank you Nathan!
