I made an appointment online for skin cancer concern. I showed up 15 minutes early, literally shaking with fear of the unknown, nervous and tired as I haven’t slept much since a suspicious mole was pointed out by another dr. Apparently, my insurance is not accepted so I was turned away. I have a second insurance, which I inquired about using, still turned away being told they don’t accept my first insurance so they WON’T accept my second insurance even when they do accept the second insurance… Since when is that a thing? I called my insurance company, who confirmed DP does accept my second insurance. My insurance company said they’ve never heard of a patient being turned away for this reason. I wasn’t even given an option to pay out pocket. Just “Sorry…Next” My visit wasn’t for a superficial reason, I was there for skin cancer. So I’m left terrified, a mother of 3 small children, frightened of the still unknown until December, which is the very next appointment I can get with a different Dermatologist. I have a lot of tearful nights ahead of me. Thanks

All staff was so polite and willing to accommodate. I had to bring my 2 year old to appointment and staff was so nice and understanding the time restrictions with her needing a nap. They did the procedure quick and efficient. The staff listened to my concerns and we worked to take the best care as possible!

This office was so accommodating I called this morning and asked if I could see any Dr or PA as I am having a very bad itching/rash problem. Within 30 mins someone called me back and said Kristine the PA could see me at noon!!! It was very much appreciated that she took the time to see me!!! I really felt that I mattered to them.😊 Thanks to everyone for doing this
