This is a large, corporate, private dermatology office. They charge top dollar. I would be shocked if they would even see you on a sliding scale fee for service basis. Try the area health clinic for starters, a generalist will see you and go from there. If you don't have insurance, plan on paying out of pocket. Sorry.
