Yes just make sure you have the proper things either a social security card or birth certificate and proof of address such as a utility bill.

They will ask you for a birth certificate or Social Security card. You can go on the Social Security website to apply for a new card or go to City Hall for a birth certificate. I've seen them turn people away because they don't have them but will advise you where you can get it. Hope this helps.

The age requirement is 16 and from what I've read, that seems to be the age, no exception. I'd definitely recommend that you go to your nearest DMV and pick up a Pennsylvania driver's manual, there is alot of information you need to know and understand before everything else gets started. So, do yourself a big favor and use the 6 months before you turn 16, to be as ready and confident as you can be. You won't need good luck, if you're prepared.

As long as you have the correct paperwork your Real ID can be processed there.

By Oct. 1st 2020, you will need what is called a " Real ID", if you plan to fly domestically or even enter a Federal government bldg ( there are alternative ID's accepted for Federal bldgs., although I haven't seen which ones they are). But the restrictions on flying domestically call for a Real ID, which costs $60.50. Better to pay for it now than pay twice.
