Worst experience ever. Do not use this location! I only wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I could have arranged for a flower delivery instead. Ordered 5 days ago for next day delivery. Arrangement still has not been received. The number listed for the store goes straight to customer service and even they can't reach anyone at the store! I have called 5 times to no avail. Keep hearing the same thing, that customer service will send a message to the store. Took over 2 days for store to call back. Promised arrangement would be delivered first thing this morning and it's after 5 and no delivery and store is closed. Disgusted with the lack of service and want a refund!

Terrance was extremely nice. He went out of his way to get my edible arrangements to me. He even had them on ice until I got it 10/10

This has to been the worst experience ever … I ordered a same day arrangement that was advertised in the website .. I always ordered out of state but never in Atlanta… my first time ordering in Atlanta was my worst experience… this location never pick up calls and it’s almost 5pm and The person I sending this to still don’t have their order … and its Mother’s Day !!! Even if I they do get the order I’m disputing it off my card .. because we didn’t get the order in time… and I put the order in @ 9am … this is the worst store EVER !!! Don’t loose your money like I did!!!

I placed a simple order ahead of time and this location cancelled my order without giving me any notice. On the day I expected it to be delivered, it wasn’t and I had to speak with customer care (not even the actual store) only to find out that they cancelled my order for no reason and didn’t issue a refund. Go with any other gift service if you want to actually get what you paid for and have it delivered on time.
