Told to come back in an hour only to find out they screwed up the engraving. Instead of accepting the engraving is screwed they decided to lie and say the bottle has a crack. Wasted an hour when associate could’ve called and just accepted she messed up.

Yes, but it depends in the material. I brought in a leather Bible. They don't do leather, but they do have metal plates they can engrave and glue it to the leather. Good job done.
