For one , your recruiter lied regarding the training classes . I had a very important surgery scheduled and asked to put in a different training class , and was told there wasn’t any. When I started training , I found out from our trainer that there were two more classes coming . Then , I was not allowed to go home when I had a fever and was coughing a lot . I was told I couldn’t leave because I was late twice due to reasons I couldn’t control . I have a ever heard of a work place not allowing People to go home and rest when they’re sick . Someone was sick in our class and I caught her cold . We also were not allowed to have our phones out , even when we weren’t taking customers credit card. Info over the phone . So I would say IG is a horrible Place to work for and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Thanks !
