Don't try and get a gift card. Went twice over the last 2 days to buy a gift card and was told "only the manager can do that". Apparently no manager was there both times. Too bad, their loss, will be looking for gift cards elsewhere from now on.

Leaving 4 stars because the bowls and smoothies are delicious. However, it’s very hit or miss. Some days the bowls are filled to the brim with lots of fresh fruit, but lately more often than not, the bowls are only about a 1/4 full with a very small amount of sometimes spoiled fruit in a small plastic container. Hoping they can get back to the way it was because it really is delicious!

A huge disappointment. I’ve always loved stopping here for an açaí bowl after visiting the beach. Today I ordered the Baja açaí bowl and it was only 1/4-1/3 full. Definitely disappointing and frustrating since it was close to $10. Next time …Hi Haley, We really appreciate your patronage and your business. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We are in the midst of hiring and training an entire new staff. As I'm sure you know, staffing has been a nightmare of late. Regardless, that bowl certainly doesn't meet our standards or your expectations, and we're sorry for that. UPDATE: thanks to the management at the Juice Box, they gave me a generous gift card to try them out again. Much better experience! The smoothie bowl I got was filled the brim!
