I recently contacted Hampton Ford and Hyundai with a vehicle I was interested in. Though there was nothing in stock or on the way with what I wanted, Bill was sure to reach out and let me know when something needing my needs was due in. From on the phone to in-person at the dealership, Bill was great to work with. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, financing options, my trade and he was not at all pushy or aggressive. I highly recommend Bill and Hampton Hyundai as I have never had a purchase go so smoothly. Everything was thoroughly prepared prior to me arriving to the dealership which lead to a seamless purchase and great experience.

They found a way to help me get a car, during these difficult times. Thank you, Michele and Dean. Because of the pandemic, I had to cut costs and sell my BMW X1. The Hyundai SUV I have now, can’t replace the BMW, buts it’s not a bad car. If you want a no BS experience and you are looking for great value for money, I recommend giving this dealership and their cars a visit.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Masks or face coverings for everyone, distance between people and we have plexiglass most places and available to keep between customer and employees. We clean as needed and are able to complete as much paperwork as you prefer outside if needed. We have had two cases over the past year with no known transmission between employees and customers or other employees.

I have an extended warrentee on my 2011 Hyundai Tuscon. Does it cover a muffler needing replacement because of a loose baffle or a cat. converter? Thanks.
