Gus's is a full service bike shop. They are friendly to beginners and experts and carry a good selection of equipment and clothing. I often shop there since it is about a fifteen minutes ride from my house. Their women's rides are very popular.

Hi Denise. We offer a trade up program on kids bikes purchased here, but otherwise do not take trade ins. Feel free to call us here at the shop 693-964-5445 to discuss what size your daughter needs so we can see what we have in stock that might work. Bikes are in short supply right now.

do you carry or can you get 3 wheel bikes with speeds, (schwinn) cost?

Hi Jerry Thanks for reaching out to us. We offer the Raleigh Tri Star. Here is the link: https://www.raleighusa.com/pavement/tricycles We can order it for you or if easier you can order direct from their site and it will be delivered to us for assembly and pick up. Either way we're happy to help. Best, Jeff Gus' Bike Shop 603-964-5445

Yes we have some trails built right behind the shop and are in the process of building more. Currently if you ride out of the shop and do both loops you’ll have about 2 miles. These connect to the future Hampton to Portsmouth rail trail
