Decent people with no run-around or pressure. Took care of getting me on a brand new 2022 Road Glide Special with no hassles and in a jiffy. Will definitely go there again. Special shout-out to Victor Bement who sold me the bike and went over everything, set up my phone on Android Auto and much more. This was my fourth bike and this was the best experience yet. Definitely Seacoast Harley.

Tried to buy a new to me Harley from Seacoast. I saw nothing I liked on the floor so Marcello showed me the bikes they had out back. I found a 2014 Ultra Limited I liked, I agreed on $17,027 with Cody and was told I couldn’t test drive the bike even around the parking lot because “it had not been through the shop yet”. I decided to take a chance on it anyway. They ran my credit and financing was approved. I was waiting for the final paperwork when I was told they can not give me a temp plate, I can not put a plate on it and the bike needs to be trailered off the property. I asked if the bike was inspected if they could give me a plate and was told no. It needs to be trailered off the property. That was the point I got frustrated and walked out. It’s not easy for me to make it to the town hall during business hours so a 20 day plate gives me time to figure it out. 3 days after walking I still haven’t heard back from anyone there and I’ve sent 5 or 6 emails inquiring about finishing the deal we made on this bike and inquiring about another bike that were all not responded to. Thanks Seacoast for leaving a huge bad taste in my mouth about your dealership.

I don’t even know where to begin. First of all this was my second time buying a Harley. The first was at Manchester Harley. And let me just say this was an absolute breeze at Seacoast compared to that nightmare. Ian really when above and beyond to save me as much as he could on my new bike. The team was wonderful and they really try to make sure you’re happy. I highly recommend. 5/5 for me. Great job guys
