I was having issues with my snowblower. There was a potential large snow even coming on Saturday when I called them on Monday. They said they could pickup my snowblower the next day, Tuesday, and if no parts were required they would get it back to me on Thursday. That's exactly what they did. I appreciate them going the extra mile, it's pretty rare these days. I will be using them going forward and recommending them to my friends.

Fist of all, we need a 12 STAR Rating for this place!!! I've been buying Snow Throwers and Lawn Tractors for the past 44 years at my current location. I've gone through at least 6 Snow Throwers and 10 Lawn Tractors. Most if not all had problems and most ended up being major hassles with dealing with the issues, which had me switching brands as well as dealers quit often over the decades. My purchase here had a minor issue which was taken care of quickly, efficiently and with no BS or surprises. Even the delivery/pickup driver was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful explaining and showing me the new feature on my Simplicity Tractor. ALL the OTHERs just dropped off the machines and handed me a manual. I think I'll be with Seacoast Power Equipment for the few remaining years left. Do yourself a BIG favor .... Shop there 1st!!!

Update: They fixed it the next day. I bought a new Toro 21386 today. The staff was great. I brought it home and the drive doesn't work. I'm a 67 yr old woman. Taking that mower out of my truck and putting it back in is no easy task. I'll be first in line when they open tomorrow. So disappointed.

Thanks so much to Ric! Purchased a Simplicity tractor in the Spring and Ric was great - explaining features, answering questions and giving us a GREAT price! Fast forward to Fall and now we needed a leaf blower ... Ric again showed us the options and made recommendations ... followed by another great price!
