Show two forms of ID, SS card and former license. Two bills with recent address and state issued birth certificate. Also MO. for $ 31.50, may vary for different state.
I just changed mines to PA from VA last friday,just ask for a new state id show proof you live there in TX like mail, W2 and birth certificate and SSI and old Id just in case I hoped I helped good luck 😁.
