Made an appointment to have Mr. Wheelchair repair a wheelchair lift. Not only did they not show up at the scheduled appointment time but then they didnt show up for the following appointment made for the following day despite several calls confirming they would be coming.

My sister purchased a wheelchair for 1000$ and was not as functional as the description stated. Mike, stated that he was going to give my sister parts that were missing for her wheelchair for us to repair and he never delivered to his promise.

Mike was great at getting back when you’re a new customer, came out and installed a reconditioned unit, all well. One week later chair was fried!!! We finally got a hold of Mike, promised to come out two times to repair the unit, offered to pay extra for repairs. 3 weeks later no Mike. So moral of the story, you get what you pay for. Do your self a favor, rent a new chair, or pay the extra for a new unit, and save yourself the 2k your going to waste on a used pc of junk that’s in the scrap pile. Thanks Mike hope you can sleep well at night.
