At first I was pretty satisfied with my service there until I realized they charged my insurance over $24,000 for a visit. I did not stay over night nor did I have a baby. I was treated for dehydration. I will never go back there gain.

I popped in for a consultation to see if I needed stitches in my lip. No stitches, no meds, no prescriptions. I was told that I would only be charged for the consultation and not an emergency visit. ER Near Me proceeded to charge my insurance and me over $3k. I went back to this location and again was assured I should only be charged for a consultation, but billing is a different department and out of their control.

This was the best experience I have had in a long time visiting an ER. The entire staff was friendly and and courteous from the time I walked in until I left. The nice gentleman at the front desk definitely set the pace as he was very patient as a fumbled around as I got my insurance together because I left my card home. After I got it together, I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. My nurses/medical assistants were very kind in assisting me and very efficient. I was seen by Dr. Sadeh, who was patient and knowledgeable. He actually listened to my concerns then explained my condition where I was able to understand, which are two things really appreciate in my medical care.

Doctor I got didnt seem to care. Asked how much ill be charged and that i was self pay. They said 500. I said are you sure i dont want bills comingto my house. I paid the 500 and they said that would be it. Then i gwt this.i go to the location and THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME MY RECORDS. Update: After some back and forth i was able to get them to call a higher-up. They informed me that this bill may be incorrect. I will update on resolution.
