Horrible experience. Save your time and money go to an actual hospital. I went in for an infection and was lied to by the nurse (who checked with the doctor) that they could test the infection to determine what type of antibiotics to give me. When I went back and saw the doctor he was incredibly uncomfortable and not professional. He then informed me that they could not test for the proper antibiotics and that I had to go to the hospital. So they blatantly lied to me to get me through the door. When I did go to the hospital I was told by the ER DR that the antibiotics frontlines doctor had prescribed were, “not even in use anymore”. He said that they were seldom prescribed and that doctor was operating on very out of date information. Which was also confirmed by a specialist I had to see a few days later. So not only was I lied to by this establishment but I was also given incorrect medication.

Was referred to Frontline by my neurology clinic due to an acute migraine attack. Frontline utilizes a specific migraine protocol that is recommended by my doctor. It was effective and I am so thankful. I would highly recommend Frontline.

We took my daughter in to Frontline ER tonight and I want to say thank you to all the staff. Everyone was so kind and considerate. We were lead back to a bed straight away with no waiting. Dr. Tran was excellent he answered all our questions and asked all the right questions as well. The whole staff were sweet and friendly. They made my daughter feel better just being there.

Started having chest pain and left arm tingling, went in and there was a middle aged woman on her phone and I told her what was going on, gave her my license as well as insurance card. Asking for me to fill out all my info on a tablet as I started feeling anxiety come on as well since this is all new to me. She went back told the nurse I went to go have a seat and the receptionist yelled from the front desk that I needed to finish my registrations in order for my info to cross over. What?? Then why do you have my license because I feel like my e mail and phone number we’re not important at that time. Just my opinion though. Then her and the nurse are yelling from the front to the back about my symptoms and I told her I feel dizzy I can’t fill this out now and the tingling is getting worse. The nurse in the back tells the receptionist that if I feel it’s something worse, then I should go to Baylor Downtown. Well how am I supposed to know what it is if I didn’t get a Medical Screen at least. I work in an ER and we have NEVER turned away a chest pain. I never not once spoke to a nurse, or physician, just the front desk person who seemed bothered while I was telling her my symptoms and she was on the phone by the way. Pure laziness and it’s the saddest part was that there was NOT one person in that ER.

No, not at all. Commercial insurance and Medicare only.
Right now, we are open 24/7 and walk-in are welcome. Our phone lines are busy because of the number of phone calls. For our Dallas location please call (214) 499-9555
I've deleted my answer because I wasn't being very nice.
As of last week, it was $200 without insurance. If you had insurance, you could get in as an ER visit and have it done for free. But, you might have to wait several hours before you get in. If you have insurance, I would recommend you contact your insurance to check coverage.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept government insurance plans such as Medicaid, Medicare or TriCare
Don't go to much money I would not go there anymore
