I rented a van with enough time to be able to have the van the day I needed it, in fact I went to the office 3 days before to reconfirm the rental, the day I have to go get the van they call me 4 hours before I have it I have to pick up at that time because if I can't lose the van, I had to leave my job to pick up the van. The conditions in which the van was delivered to me was terrible dirty, bad smell, full of garbage and with half a tank of gasoline, I had to take the van because of the need I had that day, what a shame that people have to go through this when renting a car.

I had a reservation for a suburban 7/11/22. I called a couple days ahead to make sure it would be available and Joseph told me that even if something happened and the Suburban wasn’t available, that a minivan would be available as an alternative. Of course, the Suburban wasn’t available. But neither was the minivan!!! I was told the minivan should be getting there within the hour. I left without my rental I needed for a summer family road trip. I will NEVER use enterprise again!

My first experience with Enterprise was simple and easy. I’m so happy with the customer service that Joseph provided. He answered all of my questions and offered me a better vehicle for my trip. Joseph made my experience wonderful and will definitely book again with Enterprise in the future

Booked a 7:30 am pick got here 7:30 and was told my car would not be ready until 10 am or wait for a pick up truck at 8:30??? What a waste of time to drive to weston to pick up a car early morning to drive back in my own car. Don’t waste your time they have no inventory on the lot. Not even 1 car was there on a Monday. Even if you book a reservation doesn’t mean you will get a car. Lesson learned
