I am extremely satisfied with Right at Home. I live a few hours away from my elderly mother, and lately noticed she was a bit insecure. Once I contracted and described my mothers/ our needs the Weston Manager paired her up with an excellent care giver. This person spent time playing dominos, conversing, and helping mom manage her correspondence by translating items mom was unsure of. This was a big relief for mom, and I was able to rely on an extra set of reliable eyes on mother for her health and safety. We are very pleased with the sensitivity and professionalism of the office and assistant assigned to mom.

Right at Home has been a totally perfect experience. There are so many services and this is wonderful! Miriam comes to your home to help determine the type help you need and the correct person. She is always available should you need her. My husband had a stroke and I can do his morning and evening care, but I work from home and am also “older”. They take him to therapy and do personal care during the day. They do all the tax work, everything. Highly recommend.

Right at Home is a great resource if you need assistance for a family member either at their home, or if they are in the care of a rehab center, assisted living, hospital, etc. They are reliable and will work hard to match a caretaker with your needs. Highly recommend!

We encourage your involvement in the decision-making process. Your satisfaction is important so we try to accommodate requests for a change in caregivers, as allowed by law.
All of our caregivers must pass a background check and a drug screening before they are even considered for a position on our team. These checks help ensure the safety and security of our agency, our employees and, most importantly, the clients and families we serve.
