Bad experience, appt was at 4:15 drove as fast as traffic would allow without being wreckless and arrived at 4:19 and was told we couldn’t be seen because we were late! That being said whenever we arrive we are typically early and don’t get called back until 10-15 mins after our scheduled time, so it’s all good for them to be run late and not see you on time but when you are late forget it they canceled your appt and now you will have to wait a few months or so for another appt! Please use this place as a last resort and find somewhere else these people are jokes! Also the lady next to me was on hold her entire trip to get there when she tried to call them to let them k ow she was going to be a few minutes late and they canceled her appt as well and she showed them her phone and she was still on hold and there were like 4 people standing around doing nothing , why couldn’t they take the call? The double standard rules are ridiculous and I will be seeking treatment elsewhere!

I found Elite through my insurance called to make an appointment. I spoke with Donna who is excellent she informed me about the process I needed to go through with my paperwork was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within the next week with Dr. Cancio who is amazing he has really listened and helped me through a very stressful time in my life. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of care I received! Thanks again and a special thanks to Donna!

Had my first appointment today, I have nothing but positive reviews for Elite DNA. When I made my appointment few weeks ago, I spoke to the most pleasant and energetic person Donna, she made me feel very comfortable. Today I had my visit with Dr.Jose Cancio, and I thought, WOW!!! There are really people who care about you as a person and not a number. Dr. Cancio asked me many questions and gave me advise how to do certain things. This practice does not push medication on you. Jose gives you advice how to handle situations. I had to call this afternoon to ask a question and Donna answered the phone, and I knew from there I was in good hands. She helped me right away. I am so glad I found Elite Therapy and I even started referring my patients to them. Kudos again to Donna and Dr. Jose Cancio

Donna and Dr Cancio are wonderful. They accommodated my schedule with either in person or via Zoom meeting. They keep me informed of what’s going on and I have no issues with speaking with them about anything. Dr Cancio made me feel comfortable and made sure that I have appointments that I’m comfortable with. If you are in doubt with it being a small office, don’t be. Donna and Dr Cancio make sure that everything is right for you.

The Elite DNA Virtual Care Connect is a telehealth program, providing telepsychiatry and teletherapy services to Florida residents. By connecting the patient and provider through the Elite DNA Connect application, we are able to ensure that distance and personal obligations are no longer obstacles to improved mental health. Our goal is to provide a timely, smooth and successful process; one that promotes ease and enhances access to psychiatry or therapy services.
Typical children’s occupation therapy at our Fort Myers clinic lasts 45 minutes. These sessions can be shortened or lengthened depending on your needs and the goals we are working to accomplish. Each child is different, so we will work to create a holistic plan to best support his or her therapy needs.
