Whataburger

We visit this Whataburger pretty regularly as it’s our local restaurant. I placed my order with an associate outside but there must have been an issue with their system as they seemed like they were not sure which order was mine. The associate at the window (not sure if it was Tamara or Amara perhaps) asked me to repeat my order which I did to the best of my ability. Unfortunately my entire interaction with her felt very dismissive and rude. I understand issues with systems happen and I am more than happy to be patient, but I don’t think it was fair for her to turn her frustration towards me.

Burger was flat and sad looking. Sprinkle of lettuce. Couldn't taste the beef patty hardly if at all. Was more bun than burger. I'm now reminded why I stopped going to Whataburgers. They just don't make a good, wholesome, fluffy hamburger. My desire for a hearty , thick, fluffy hamburger now remains unfulfilled. 4/1/2022 I went again today. Took a chance. Hoped for a big, fluffy burger. I mean I ordered it all the way, plus added jalapenos. Sadly, I got another flat sad burger. I don't know. Is it just me. It seems there was a time when a burger was thick and fluffy with a nice layer of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapenos. Where have those days gone? 😢 5/18/2020 Burger still mostly bun, with a couple little pieces of lettuce falling out. I could barely taste the beef. The vegetables were there, just not in plain sight.

Wonderful employees and customer service we're very helpful. The Patty Melt was delicious, tasty and fast made! The restaurant was clean even though it was medium sized packed with people when i went this afternoon! I especially like the cashier Damaris who seemed to love there job and went above and beyond helping me pay with a gift card i was having trouble using!

Took mom and brother for dinner our food was GREAT The super sweet young lady who took our order was AMAZING. A perfect complete order and it was just a super pleasant experience.
