This CU needs to have their customers respect the public alley they share with the homes for the drive through. The staff didn't help me at all I went yesterday and I told the lady I needed to make a transaction or get a cashier check and she said that I could use my card that she couldn't do a transaction and she couldn't give me a cashier's check. I will not be going back to this location.

So I've banked here for about 3-4 years now. The drive thru lines here are the worst. Very, very slow. The tellers are great but they are helping the customers inside of the lobby. I've sat as long as 27 minutes in line waiting for 1 car in front of me to be served. Oh and the ATM machine is nicely planted in the drive thru lane exit instead of in the front of the credit union. So if u want to use it you have to park and get off and walk to the ATM standing in front of someone's car in the drive thru. I'm closing my accounts and going to another bank.

For credit cards, please log in to Digital Banking and use the travel notifications option under Manage Cards. For debit cards, notify TDECU at least two business days before your departure by sending Member Care a secure message in Digital Banking, or calling the number on the back of your card and providing the dates of your travel and the destination.
A hold means that although a check amount was credited to your account, it's not yet available for your use. TDECU’s general policy is to make deposited funds available on the first business day after we receive a deposit. In some cases, however, we may place a hold on funds deposited by our Members.
