The only issue I have is how long it takes maintenance to come to my request. I’m still waiting on a response for my A/C to get fixed. It’s the beginning of the summer and this should be a top priority especially when I send an emergency request with photos.

I've been living here for 2 years now and it very nice and quiet. Never had any problems or issues. Mayra and Rigo are the best! Mayra was the one who assist me when I first moved in. She's very nice and she has really helped me in my time of needs. If your looking for a nice place to stay I would most definitely recommend Urban 19!!!
