True Food Kitchen is delicious and health-conscious. Me and my group of 7 enjoyed our time here! The non-alcoholic drinks are good enough but maybe slightly too “healthy” for me because I would’ve liked more sweetness. The restaurant interior is modern and comfortable and there’s a lot of parking in the garage.

I went there with my husband to have dinner and we had the Spicy Panang Curry with an addition of shrimps and the Margherita pizza. The Curry was delicious, creamy, tasty, it was perfect but I missed rice because this dish had some kind of wild rice but it was mixed in the bowl and it was almost nothing. When I have Curry I like to also have rice. The pizza was delicious and the drinks we had were really good.

A decent amount of gluten free options. I picked the tofu and quinoa bowl, without green beans. This was my first time ever at a True Food restaurant, and I am pleasantly impressed. The food was very fresh and healthy. My brother ordered a pizza and he was also happy with it. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake for dessert. The ice cream on top was delicious, and the cake was fine too. It’s not too sweet as it’s dark chocolate. The service was also great. We sat outside and there was no wait for a table.

Had a decent range of options of plant based food. We had the edamame guacamole, seasonal ingredient salad (my favorite), teriyaki quinoa bowl. The quacamole was on the salty side. While overall food tasted decent, I think they over use …Thank you for your feedback Mandy. We're apologize to hear your experience with us fell short and are committed to making this right for you. I dont recall seeing any mention ofcthat on the menu...You'll have to call the restaurant.
They have plenty of options and can accommodate such as bowls and vegetable dishes
The entrance faces San Felipe. Technically the underground lot is for Whole foods customers only and I think they have towing signs. There is an above ground free parking garage accessible around the back and you can walk out on the side facing San Felipe.
Yes! On the patio, I brought my pooch today:) small dogs preferably though, not enough for our big babies
