I love the staff here especially the Hispanic lady. She is so sweet and really puts a lot of care into the sandwiches and orders. Great Subway and very convenient location

I placed an order on the Subway App and it said that it would be ready at 11:20 a.m. I got to the store a little after that time and the doors were locked and the workers were inside and not even ready for the day. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Then one woman working wrote a sign and placed it on the door saying they weren’t opening until 12:00 p.m. I asked for a refund and she refused. I can’t cancel the order in the app so I’m going to dispute this charge with my bank. Others have said this isn’t the first time they weren’t open on time. What an absolute ridiculous way to run a business.

Ladies in the front are super nice and made my wrap how I like it. I live close by and order door dash frequently.. customer service has improved! Good job guys
