The lady who manages this place is a joke.... I have lives in this neighborhood for about 7 years and have became friends with a few families there ..... let me begin bye saying my heart goes out to the people that half to deal with I believe her name is Kayla... I've seen her mistreat her tenets to the point they end up on suicide watch ... she's an awful person especially being a single mother herself I pray that something can be done and they get her out of there because she is ruining lives and the apartment complex

Apartments are nice enough but the manager is horrible. Mistreats tenants and I would advise not applying to live here. If the manager doesn't like you, she will try to drive you out. This is section 8 housing and as well as needing subsidized housing, a lot of the tenants have other problems and don't need a manager from hades to harass them. Owners won't respond to complaints. May 7, 2022. A couple of positive reviews have made accusations against those who have had a bad experience with management. They are completely wrong about the persons saying that they weren't following the rules. Glad you had a positive experience. Don't be so judgmental of those who didn't.
