Wow, what rude people. I took my winter jacket there today to have the zipper replaced. I was told “In September, it’s too early.” We are moving to Iowa in three weeks. I really wanted to get it done before we left. The guy there just shrugged his shoulders, “Take it somewhere else,” she (Jenny) said. No apologies like, “I’m sorry, I am really booked up right now, maybe you could take it to such-and-such place.” Nope. She just blew me off, very rude.
