Heather offered me and plenty of other people at the storage unit lunch or other things to post a good review about her so she could win the employee of the month contest. Then when my husband asked how come we didn’t get the free lunch it was sort of laughed off. My kids and I were actually pretty excited to get lunch until we realized it was not going to happen. I don’t feel it is fair for an employee to bribe their customers to do something in the first place. If your good at your job it will shine through and you don’t need to bribe people. Win the right way! Is whatI stand by! If you check out all the reviews you will see Heather Heather Heather consistently the main focus of every review. I've had a storage unit at this location for just over a year, and my father had the unit for 3-4 years before that. Heather, the office manager, is the best that I've encountered at any storage center. She has always been super friendly & understanding, and is quick to contact me anytime that there were any issues with anything or anytime I had questions about something. I have also really appreciated the security this location provides, between a gate that requires a code, the security cameras, and the individual unit access sensors, it makes me confident that the priceless items I inherited are safe & secure.

Climate controlled units are great when storing furniture, electronics, books, or other items sensitive to temperature. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us!
We do offer discounts to military personnel. We also offer specials to new customers. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
We employ a pest control company that services each of our locations frequently throughout the week. We have found that this is the most successful method for controlling pests. We also do not permit the storage of food and beverage items, which also prevents attracting pests.
Unfortunately, we do not offer moving pods at this time. We do have a variety of storage units at our facility that are for rent. You can see our specials and availability on our website, or by calling us.
Unfortunately, this is not a service that we provide. We do, however, rent moving trucks that your movers can use. Please call us to find out availability and pricing for the truck rentals.

Yes; you can definitely pay your bill online. On our website, click on the "Pay Online" button in the upper right corner and you will be directed to our payment page.
Our offices are closed on the following holidays: President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. We are open 9A-1P on the following days: Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. You can, however, access your unit 7 days a week between 6A-9P regardless of the holiday.
Unfortunately, we do not offer RV space rentals at this location, but feel free to visit our website for other Towne Storage Facilities that do offer this service.
Purchasing insurance is not required to rent a unit from us, however, it is strongly recommended.
