Questions & Answers

What is the type of required lock that is automatically charged when renting? I have a lock from a previous rental at a Public Storage but since it is was a different location I am unsure if it is the same lock that is used at this location.

It is required to get there lock but the one from previous location should be good. But every location is different.

If you move out before the end of the Month will you prorate the rent and refund the extra that you paid

I actually asked them that very question today. The answer is no. "If you have anything in your unit for even one today, you will pay for the entire month."
