If you can catch your train and there are no mechanical problems, it’s great. Yesterday, there was a mechanical issue so we had to switch trains. 15 min delay. Today, I arrived at the SoJo Station 2 minutes before departure and watched the train leave as I stood on the platform. Last month, I transferred from Frontrunner to TRAX at SLC Central and the TRAX driver left before any of us could reach the train. Two of these 3 incidents give the impression that UTA drivers have contempt for riders and don’t want us on their trains. They act as if they run a monopoly. They are competing with my car, and despite gas prices and traffic, my car is looking pretty appealing after these experiences. 3 in a month. That qualifies as a pattern…

Beautiful clean Frontrunner station. Lots for open lot parking spaces for daily commuters (look for blue colored parking lanes to the north and south parking lot of the station's drop off roundabout) Frontrunner arrive on time most of the time.
