yes. its as you need it. you need to visit the website to get a "farepay card" once you have one you may add money to it as needed as well. you can also get one by visiting there office building
Trax only runs in the Salt lake Valley. There are 4 different Trax lines that criss cross the valley at various stops. It runs approximately 6:30 am- 11:00 pm. There is also Front-runner, it goes to the tri-city area... But not very close to Cali.
