Super please with our experience working with Cameron. He is a great Realtor and helped us find a beautiful piece of real estate for our home in Holladay!

I worked with Cameron to buy my house, and 5 years later to sell my house. When we were looking for a house most were under contract within a day of listing. He was able to get me in them super quick so we could get in offers written within hours. Five years later he list my house on a Thursday and we Recorded the following Thursday. The listing pictures looked nicer then all the other listings online, plus he made a nice walkthrough video and staged. If you are looking to buy or sell Cameron is your guy. He is very experienced and will put in the work for you, highly recommended.

I can’t speak highly enough of Cameron as our real estate agent. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He is very patient and answers all your questions. He seems to always work as he responds to our questions almost immediately, sometime late in the evening. I am happy to have Cameron as an agent and friend.

What a great question. Patience is the name of the game in today's market. You have to put together a plan and commit to the strategy. Some of the techniques we are using with clients are: making offers without an appraisal contingency, waiving an inspection, and putting down non-refundable earnest money. These are not strategies I would recommend in a normal market but we all know that this market is far from normal. Let's connect and put a strategy together! Thank you, Cameron Crayk
What a great question. 1) De-clutter and Depersonalize. 2) Make sure it's clean and smells nice. 3) Touch up paint where ever possible. As the saying goes....You only have one chance to make a first impression. Wow the buyers buyers and make the showings count.
How do you know if you can afford to purchase a home? Do you feel like you’re ready to buy your first house? Tired of making your landlord rich? Do you want to put down roots and start building some equity for yourself? There are many reasons people decide it's the right time to buy. The costs associated with buying and owning a home can be overwhelming but fortunately there are some easy steps you can take to find out if you can afford to buy a home. First and most important step...... Talk With a Lender The smartest step you can take to start your home buying process is to find a good mortgage lender and set up a time to meet and talk about your financial situation. Your lender will review your income, debt, and credit and then ask you about your needs. They will help you go over the loan options available to you and the down payment, saving reserves and closing costs required for your purchase.
