BUYER BEWARE You get what you pay for! Great prices... but their delivery service literally damaged my property and wont pay. And now, their warranty service has proven to be as unprofessional as they come. They were scheduled to come out to service an appliance today. It took a million phone calls to even get the appointment. Then they didnt even know they were supposed to come. Now, they are going to be HOURS later than promised. Again, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Delivery was very well done, and the delivery men were respectful and hard-working. First class, all around here. Quality products, novel designs, and a very pleasant shopping experience.

Every appliance I bought from Queen appliance had something wrong with them. I tried to be proactive because my appliances were a Old . It was a big mistake. My refrigerator was the worst many service v Calls last visit said my freezer door bent. Been running with ice and water dripping out. I ask to replace it because of all the issues they will not. They do not stand behind there products. I'm guessing I will be replacing my refrigerator again from running so hard. I think the the 1st week I got it the gasket on fridge door just fell off. It is a shame I'm stuck with this junk.
