I won't shop anywhere else for appliances! I was introduced to Skip (former owner) and now Kris (current owner) about 3 years ago. You're not going to find better service or more knowledgeable staff anywhere else! We all know that buying appliances can be stressful and difficult, but that hasn't been my experience with Appliance Alliance. Here are my experiences with Appliance Alliance. After Hurricane Ida flooded a rental property in 2021, I found myself needing new appliances. The experience was easy and everything came in on time. Then, earlier this year, the Thursday before Memorial Day, a tenant called to tell me the stove wasn't working. I immediately called Kris and we discussed whether to repair or replace the stove. Kris suggested trying to repair it. This meant no money in his pocket. I decided I felt more comfortable replacing it. Kris had the new stove within 24 hours. He came through for me again! Finally, we were buying appliances for a property in Maryland, which is out of his delivery range. He walked me through the type of appliances I should buy and then gave me the specs to purchase at another store. You won't find better service than that! William Kanto

Beware of Kris the owner. We purchased a stove. He stated install could be within 4-5 days. He then stopped responding to emails and calls. He’s a talker with empty promises. Almost a month later I managed to speak with an employee who arranged for delivery and install. Turns out Kris went on vacation. He also jacked the price of the stove up by $200. This store had a great reputation and we bought numerous appliances from them but under the new ownership we won’t be return customers. Can’t see this store being successful with their lack of service and sliding in an $200.

Masks are required. We have sanitizer right at the front door when you walk in and sanitizer at all desk areas. We have the store cleaned professionally every Sunday
