I ordered two cords of firewood for the first time. The team at Shep's yard was friendly when scheduling the drop off. The driver had no trouble backing the dump truck down our side-road right where I stack the wood. What does a firewood nerd do immediately after unload? Whip out the moister meter of coarse! The team member on the phone wasn't kidding when she said it was fully-seasoned. This wood is already starting to grey-out and the highest moister content reading I got was 17% I ended up building a pile of logs that needed some additional splitting. All 3 of them. After stacking, we raked up the free mulch at the bottom of the pile to dress the base of some of our trees. It was a good day thanks to Shep's yard. After it was stacked, came the moment of truth. Is it really two full cords? Yup. Shep's yard earned my family's repeat business hopefully for years to come.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place may have the availability to supply you with whatever your needs are at the moment but I would turn and run. Rude, ignorant, and not an ounce of kindness lives here. Customer service(hell plain old human decency)is of no importance to this guy. Sir, may you or a family member of yours never need a kind gesture, need a helping hand or plain old decency from someone, I hope they serve them the same decency and kindness you showed my husband! You own not an ounce of what makes the world go round! God bless your family, they need it...

I love using sheps yard…they are a local company…the in ZIP Code delivery rate is super cheap they have just about all the type of stone that you would need with great customer service and great workers …nice to have good people like that running small businesses in your hometown!

I think it's sad a landscape yard can't load a couple boulders In a pickup...I don't need a skid....I don't care you weigh them...I'm in the industry stop being lazy and sell your product. Honestly sad. As a contractor I'd avoid as a homeowner have fun

Hi friends! We do have bagged products like garden soil and mulches, but not Right Dress. Our comparable product is Bark mulch, however that’s sold in bulk, not bags. If you have a truck, you can pick that up, or we’re always happy to deliver!
