The cleanliness of the restaurant was low. The wait for food and to be checked out was oddly long. They seemed to have enough staff, but still struggled doing things in a timely manner. Not sure who actually runs this place, but it seems like they've given up on it. Our server was reasonably friendly and the food was fine, hence three stars. I will definitely not be back though...

My family came from New Mexico to visit family and on our last day we came to eat breakfast. Our server, Sandra, worked very hard and did a lot of work with 10 members of our family being served with separate checks. Even with all of us, the rest of the wait staff did not help her, doing multiple runs for food even though she requested help. She made sure we were well cared for, and should be commended for all the good work she does. While I cannot say the same for the rest of the wait staff, Sandra was a great help, and would be the reason to return to the Denny’s when we visit my niece again.

The service at this location was friendly and aware, but it was also very slow. Care was given as the child started complaining about waiting by bringing her fruit early. The meal was cooked to the liking of all at the table. Our hashbrowns were crisp and didn't need extra flavoring.

We were here at 5:00 am for breakfast before we drove three hours to get home after a medical treatment the day before at the UT-SW hospital. We were the only customers then. The cook and waitress were there waiting for us to come. The service was excellent, the food was great! My pancakes were the best! They had cinnamon and sugar with white icing, like a cinnamon roll! Yum! My eggs were perfect and the bacon crisp! Entry into the building is easy and convenient for a wheelchair. The restroom was very large and accommodated my wheelchair very nicely! It has a diaper changing table. The sink, soap, and paper towels were all easily accessible from the wheelchair. We are very satisfied customers and will return the next time we come for treatment at the UT-SW hospital.

We walked in around 10 PM and service was excellent. I was cold and they adjusted the a.c. for me

I believe that those messages are auto-generated as soon as the restaurant accepts the order. Unfortunately. If a restaurant is out of something, they may not be able to fill the order and they do not have the ability to cancel the order. Only when the driver arrives can he/she call their respective support teams and get the order canceled. On the flip side, there may be some leeway to substitute using common sense and looping in with the customer. For example, I have showed up to pick up orders only to find out that they are out of strawberries and the restaurant employee wants to get the entire order canceled so they don't have to make it. I suggest that as soon as you see who your driver is, text them and let them know to contact you with any issues. Sometimes a simply substitution can be made with a little persuasion from the driver. It's worth the extra effort to help ensure you will get the delicious food for your hungry belly.
