I see nothing has changed from previous reviews. I waited a total 25 min. I often recommend this location as I am very local. I waited patiently with my daughter as I observed others get seated after us and the waitress ask their order first. I also observed the manager would make people wait to be seated, when many tables avail. After the 25 min. I decided to leave and the manager very happily "Bye! Have a blessed day!" A much more happy departure versus the poor welcoming. This happened today, I encourage the owner to take time to review the video and see how poorly this location is being managed. No complaints about the food, always good when I have eaten in the past.

All i can say is don't go in the evenings the service was horrible but the food was good.the waitress /cashier was outside talking to her friends the whole time. The guy who was busting the tables had to stop and bring me my food didn't wash his hands just went to prep my food he already knew I was agitated. The cook came out the back to try to assist other guest as much as he could. Thanks for the help guys.

C'mon, it's Denny's, just like any other Denny's anywhere in the country. Not great, not bad, but about what you'd expect if you've ever eaten at one before: acceptable quality. The prices were a bit of a surprise: 16 bucks for a burger, fries, & a soft drink. Maybe that's because of the pandemic, but that's just a guess.

Firstly, I'd like to point out that our server was incredibly nice to us. We began by ordering coffee and were served beverages that were room temp. Oh well, minor inconvenience. When my meal arrived, however, the eggs and hash browns were prepared differently than requested, the toast was the wrong type, and the cheese on the hash browns had been added after the hash browns were cooked and plated and thus was cold and unmelted. Our server was pulled away to help other customers, so I waited for an opportunity to raise my concerns. After 5-10 minutes, however, I decided to approach another server as ours was still occupied. In an attempt to be as understanding as possible I suggested that perhaps my order had been confused with another, but this server was incredibly rude and accusational in response, expected me to know the table number we occupied, and began to take the plate back to the kitchen without asking what was in need of correction until I asked if he would like to know. When the meal was replaced the proteins were cold, and an examination indicated that they were the same ones served to me the first time; I wish that they had let me keep them to be consumed while still warm instead (the two included photos give evidence of this fact). This was not our first negative experience at this location, but I thought they deserved a second chance. Based on my experience today, though, I'm fairly certain that there will not be a third.

It is hard for them to match server availability with customer demand. One day it will be empty at 5:00 a.m. and the next day there will be lots of customers at 5:00 a.m. The solution is to politely draw their attention to you presence or need.
I'm sorry to hear that. Denny's.com should have a contact us page.
Denny’s restaurants are open 365 days a year. Contact the Denny’s location to confirm their hours.
