This place has a lot going on! It’s a seat yourself type of establishment with plenty of seating. The food portions are impressive, staff is friendly and the decor is fun. The booth was a tad small for us family of 5 so perhaps take a right when walking in the door.

Everything was good nice and hot flavor was awesome the fried pickles were kind of salty but still good didn't eat very much of them though can't wait to go back

Norma’s is a classic! I have been to some of the other locations, but first time at this one and it did not disappoint. The cinnamon roll is definitely a must get. Unless you’ve got a real sweet tooth, you will probably need to share it as it is bigger than your face! I will definitely continue visiting Norma’s

We do not serve alcohol but are BYOB. So go ahead and bring the champagne, we have the OJ :-)
Last Monday was Norma’s Cafe’s 62nd birthday and to celebrate we rolled back our prices to $1.79 for 3 of our blue plate specials. Any other Monday will not have that kind of wait. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Only have eaten there off and on since 1996 (with friends who insist) when I moved to Dallas. Just seems like regular Southern home style cooking which is not my preferred type of food. I prefer Barbecue, Asian (Chinese, Japanese,Thai) and Latino (Mexican, Salvadoran, Puerto Rican, Cuban) and Afro Caribbean style foods. Prefer their breakfast foods which are served all day.
