700 Woodrow is a fantastic place to live in Columbia, SC. Great location right on Devine Street with quick access to Five Points and the Vista. Extremely friendly and outgoing staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I think it's month to month. They have a staff in the building who can help you. from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
There are breed restrictions in the lease unfortunately (pit bulls, etc.)
